Science fiction film starring Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt. Special forces, including Bill Cage (Tom Cruise) are sent to fight an alien race called the Mimics.

A good film, where an alien race called the mimics have invaded much of Europe and Sergeant William 'Bill' Cage (Tom Cruise) along with others, including Sergeant Rita Vrataski (played by Emily Blunt) are sent to the front line of the fighting in France, departing from a militarised Heathrow airport. They use hi-tech suits (a sort of powered exo-skeleton) and are sent in futuristic flying vehicles (sort of helicopters - a bit like those in Avatar). Once there, they are overwhelmed by the alien mimics - a bit like giant crab/octopus-type creatures.

Rated 12 for "moderate violence threat, infrequent strong language". Also gets a bit rude.

Picture Qualtiy:
Good often, but can be variable. Also footage from news clips can have bits cut off at the bottom (eg. half or more of TV station info (eg. showing headlines that are supposed to be important or name and info about the person being interviewed are cut off).

Also, seems filtered and the news clips look more blurry than actual news TV. A helicopter shot has blurring towards the centre though the next shot is much better. The later parts of the film get darker and murkier (less detailed).
